3) Join Greener Plate Challenge!
From FCB member Meg Clough:
"Plant-based food blogger and friend Marla Felcher, has created The Greener Plate Challenge. Sign up with me, and between February 9-23, you'll receive a low-lift, food-focused, fun-filled email that will help us all get healthier and learn how our food choices affect the environment. (It's free!)
Whether you're an omnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, flexitarian, reducetarian, or anything in between, someone who has 20 minutes to throw together a meal, a home chef who takes pride in creating show-stopping meals, or someone who relies on Uber Eats to deliver your dinner — you'll find useful tips on how to cook, order out, and eat more sustainably. Click here to join me for some FUN!"
Tuesday, February 27 at 8:00 pm
Discover actionable solutions to the climate crisis in 'Regenerating Life: How to Cool the Planet, Feed the World, and Live Happily Ever After.' Join filmmaker John Feldman to discuss ecological approaches, highlighting the film's key moments and exploring ways to share this transformative resource within your community.
