About The Event

The Seder is a traditional Jewish meal that includes the retelling of the ancient story of Exodus. Moses led his people out from slavery in Egypt, across the Red Sea to freedom thousands of years ago. Today the Seder is a time to reflect on the meaning of freedom and the role it plays in our lives. Everyone is encouraged to attend. We will participate in a simple service and retelling of the story at 5:30 pm, and a potluck dinner will be served buffet style afterwards. Volunteers are needed for set up, clean up, and someone to please make the matzah ball soup! Eleanor Sugarman, Mark Rosenstein, and Jody Renouf are the contact people, and we can help you choose a traditional food dish to bring. Please sign up here to help or email Esugarwoman@verizon.net or mar@actwin.com to learn more.
