The New Connections Ministry is a First Church initiative to help our community make connections with new people exploring our church and strengthen the connections amongst our existing members. This ministry consists of small teams of church members who volunteer to help at one Sunday Service a month for a third of the church year. Team members work together to:
- Greet everyone attending the worship service
- Identify visitors and answer questions
- Usher during the service
- Talk with visitors during community hour following the service
