Holiday Fair, Sunday Dec 4th, 2011 – after both services.

The 3rd annual Holiday Fair will be held in the Parish Hall & Upper Hall on Sunday, December 4th, from 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. This is a great opportunity to purchase small gifts, many of which are hand-made, and simultaneously support many good causes.

The Social Action Committee is sponsoring this annual event, which showcases some of the charities that are close to FCB members’ hearts. All vendors donate at least a portion of their proceedings to a designated charity.  The Fair also provides the congregation with the excellent opportunity to see the many ways in which other church members and friends are involved in various organizations.

Please find below a selection of vendors and their products:

  • Zienzele Foundation: Baskets from Zimbabwe
  • UUSC: holiday cards, fair-trade coffee & chocolates
  • Transylvanian Partner Church: traditional food items
  • Social Action Committee: chocolate bark, hot pepper jam, and much more!
  • Alternative Gift Program
  • CARE: beaded bracelets
  • Grow Clinic: GROWnola and GROWnola bars
  • FCB Youth Group: Fleece blankets, Equal Exchenge coffee & chocolates
