Chris Thomson

We are excited to have Chris back as a solo performer, as she is usually the  guitarist and lead vocalist for the duo Chris and Meredith Thompson. The Thompsons are best known for their close sibling harmony, and as Chris now steps out on her own, she demonstrates her powerful clear vocals and percussive, riff driven guitar work. She links music and stories together to create an engaging, animated performance rich in texture, mood and character. On their most recent album, Live, the Thompsons return to their roots on this album, singing spiritual songs that they grew up with. The vocals are powerful and soulful.

Danielle Doyle

Newcomer Danielle Doyle has been garnering much attention among audiences and fellow musicians, A true performer, her songs are best heard when she’s singing them live, when beautiful melodies, “sultry alt-country” vocals, and rich lyrics are interspersed with relaxed and comic banter that makes you feel like you’ve known the young songwriter forever.”
